With a big sporting background growing up,  years of training in the gym and coaching experience, MJ uses his knowledge to create fun, evidence based programs designed to cater individual goals and capabilities. Further, he uses his passion in health and fitness to motivate and inspire his clients to living out a healthier and balance lifestyle very day.
