  • As a Fitdistrict member, you have exclusive access to quarterly movement assessments with Proform Physiotherapy. These assessments are part of our commitment to your well-being and performance:

    • Address concerns early to tailor your training and reduce injury risks.

    • Get support for injury management and rehabilitation to enhance your training.

    • Receive expert advice from Proform Physiotherapy to improve your movement health.

    Fit-Checks are scheduled at the end of each training cycle, and you'll be notified via Momence when itโ€™s time to book. Plus, take advantage of quarterly Body Composition scans to track your progress.
