Dinner: Start your experience with a Welcome dinner on an ocean-view deck, featuring two hours of free-flow imported wines, beers, and cocktails, followed by a cultural Balinese blessing ceremony.

Beyond our unique Welcome dinner, we have included four restaurant dinners, allowing you to indulge in Uluwatu’s top-rated dining venues (drinks not included).

Outside of our scheduled Team Training Session, you get to set the tone for the week with unlimited access to Bambu and their expert led classes that run daily from 6am - 10pm. This flexibility gives those the option to go all in on their training, or the simple pleasure of training around more relaxation and adventure time.

We have also included a list of other local gyms, and training studios to scope out and visit during your day (*Optional Additional Cost).

Our retreat includes a beautiful yoga introduction to our retreat in a Bambu studio overlooking to ocean, with 2 optional passes to use any time during your stay at our partnering Yoga Centre; Alchemy Yoga and Meditation Centre .

Passes can be used for any classes on their schedule including yoga, meditation, breath work and dance.
